Overview

LogiFlow needed a mobile app for their delivery drivers and a customer-facing tracking interface. We built a cross-platform React Native app with real-time GPS tracking powered by Firebase.

The Challenge

Reliable real-time location updates in areas with poor connectivity was the core challenge. The app also needed to work offline and sync when connectivity returned.

Our Solution

We used Firebase Realtime Database for live tracking with optimistic UI updates, and implemented an offline-first architecture with local SQLite caching. Background location updates were optimized for battery efficiency.
